How to join · Pixel Brush

Step 1: Get an invite

Pixel Brush is in early access (Alpha 0.1). Only invited players can join, and every player has one invite. Ask a friend who already plays.

Your friend types /invite java <name> if you play Java Edition.
Your friend types /invite bedrock <gamertag> if you play Bedrock Edition.

Then join with the normal address below. If the game says You are not whitelisted on this server! there is no invite for your name yet.

Already playing? /invites shows your invite and who you invited. If you typed a friend's name wrong, fix it with /invite change <old> <new> until they first join.

Then, in Minecraft:

Multiplayer
Add Server
Paste the address
Join

Bedrock Edition

Play on Bedrock Adds the server for you

Address mc.pixelbrush.gg Port 46428

If the button does nothing, open Minecraft, go to Play, Servers, Add Server, and type the address and port. Consoles can't use the button.

Step 2: Join on Java Edition

Start Minecraft: Java Edition, version 26.2 and 26.3.
Choose Multiplayer, then Add Server.
Type mc.pixelbrush.gg in Server Address. The name can be anything you like.
Choose Done, pick Pixel Brush from your server list and press Join Server.

The first time you join, the guide in the lobby shows you the rules.

Or join on Bedrock Edition

On Windows or an Android device, press Play on Bedrock at the top of this page. Minecraft opens and adds Pixel Brush to your server list. Pick it and press Play.

If nothing happens, add it by hand:

Start Minecraft: Bedrock Edition and choose Play, then the Servers tab.
Choose Add Server.
Type Pixel Brush as the name, mc.pixelbrush.gg as the address and 46428 as the port.
Save it, pick Pixel Brush from your list and join.

Consoles can't open the button's link. Use the address and port wherever your game lets you add a server.

Getting around

BedWars: Walk through the BedWars portal in the lobby.
Survival: Type /smp in the lobby. You pick up where you left off.
Back to the lobby: type /lobby. In survival you stand still for five seconds first.
Something wrong? Type /report, the player's name and what happened. If you abuse /report, you risk being banned.

Can't connect?

Check the address is exactly mc.pixelbrush.gg, with no spaces.
If the game says You are not whitelisted on this server!, you need an invite first. See step 1.
Make sure your game is version 26.2 and 26.3.
Still stuck? Try again in a few minutes; the server may be restarting.
